MEET YOUR TRAINER
Lewis Blyth is originally from North Shields. After a career in the Navy, he decided to pursue his passion for healthy living and fitness, and trained to become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. He has been training clients in the local area since 2019, and helped many men and women get in the best shape of their lives and build positive and healthy relationships with food and exercise.
